Free International English Test Voucher

Offered by SpringBoard4Education Cambodia 

 1. Promotion Overview

SpringBoard4Education Cambodia is pleased to support eligible students with a free international English test by reimbursing the test fee upon successful application to study abroad. This offer is available to students who meet the criteria outlined below and present a valid voucher issued by SpringBoard4Education Cambodia.   

2. Eligibility Criteria  

To be eligible for the reimbursement of the international English test fee, the applicant must meet one of the following conditions: 

​a. Apply to study abroad through SpringBoard4Education Cambodia with one of SpringBoard4Education Cambodia’s official partner universities. 

​OR 

​b. Receive a fully funded government scholarship that the student applied for independently (without assistance from any third-party agency). 

Note: Students who use another agency to apply for and obtain a government scholarship are not eligible for this promotion. 

 3. Voucher Requirement and Validity

​a. Students must present a valid English test voucher issued by SpringBoard4Education Cambodia. 

​b. The voucher must be redeemed on or before 31 December 2026. 

​c. Expired vouchers will not be accepted under any circumstances. 

4. Reimbursement Process

Students will be eligible for reimbursement of the English test fee only after fulfilling all the following conditions: 

​a. Successfully obtain a student visa. 

​b. Submit the following documents to SpringBoard4Education Cambodia: 

• • A copy of the visa approval letter. 
  • A copy of the university offer letter. 
  • A copy of the government scholarship award letter (if applicable). 
  • The original test fee receipt. 
  • The valid SpringBoard4Education Cambodia-issued voucher. 
  • Provide a written testimonial about their experience with us or participate in video testimonial organised by SpringBoard 

5. Additional Terms

​a. Reimbursement applies only to one approved international English test per student. 

​b. Reimbursement will be made via the method determined by SpringBoard4Education Cambodia and may take up to 30 business days after full documentation is submitted. 

​c. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services. 

​d. SpringBoard4Education Cambodia reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all documents submitted. 

​e. Incomplete or falsified documentation will result in disqualification from the promotion. 

​f. Testimonials (written or video) submitted may be used by Springboard for marketing and promotional purposes. ​

6. Amendments and Cancellation

SpringBoard4Education Cambodia reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. In all cases of dispute, SpringBoard4Education Cambodia’s decision shall be final and binding.
